This recipe for delicious focaccia bread has become a staple in our kitchen because it is simple to make and highlights the delicious flavor of Il Bel Cuore Olive Oil.  They are a match made in heaven! I cannot tell you how many compliments I have had on this simple bread when it is combined with Il Bel Cuore Olive Oil. I cut the processing time by skipping the long fermentation in the refrigerator. I mix the dough, let it rise til double in size, and then put it straight into the second pan to rise a second time before putting it straight into the oven.
