Returns
We offer a 30 day refund from the date of sale. Please contact us if you have an issue beyond the thirty day period and we will assess your situation on an individual basis. Please understand that our product is considered a fresh product and has a specific time, which is stamped on the product, that it is shelf stable under room temperature. 

Exchange
If you receive a wrong or damaged product despite our careful checks, we will of course exchange it. In this case, of course, we carry the postage. In this case, please contact us at oliveoil.italy@gmail.com or 407-492-4773.

Transport damage
In the event of transport damage, we will of course immediately provide replacement. Please check the shipment immediately for completeness and intactness and, if possible, have any damage noted by the transport service provider upon receipt. Should it happen that your parcel is so clearly damaged when it is handed over by the courier that damage to the goods can be assumed, then please refuse to accept it and have the parcel returned to us. Please let us know.
